Members survey 2010

Welcome to our first members online survey! Otford Tennis Club is run entirely by volunteers, making it very important to interact with members to understand the needs and wants of the club as a whole. If you have visited the club facilities recently you will notice that funds, brought in by your annual membership, have been spent on maintenance and resurfacing the courts. More improvements are planned for the future but we need your help! Please spare us 5 minutes of your time to give us valuable feedback regarding your club membership. All members who submit a questionnaire will be entered into a draw to win a 50% discount on their membership fees. Please submit by 31 March 2010.

	A note on privacy This survey is anonymous. The record kept of your survey responses does not contain any identifying information about you unless a specific question in the survey has asked for this. If you have responded to a survey that used an identifying token to allow you to access the survey, you can rest assured that the identifying token is not kept with your responses. It is managed in a separate database, and will only be updated to indicate that you have (or haven't) completed this survey. There is no way of matching identification tokens with survey responses in this survey.
